Nigerian Tiktoker and streamer Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has hit back at the critics of his decision to purchase a brand-new Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 for Jarvis on her birthday.

The streamer's gift has been a subject of debate on social media, with some applauding his gesture, while many have criticized his decision, citing he and Jarvis' recent fallout, and also comparing the car he previously acquired for his mother.

Defending his decision, Peller clarified that his mother initially requested for a Toyota worth N9 million, however, he purchased a Hyundai worth N20 million.

Slamming his critics, he wondered if he is the first person to purchase a car for his girlfriend, emphasizing that he loves Jarvis, and she deserves more.

He said:
“My mom wanted a Toyota worth ₦9 million, but I bought her a Hyundai worth ₦20 million instead. People would still have dragged me even if I’d bought her the ₦9 million Toyota.

Am I the first person to buy his girlfriend a car? I love my baby. I didn’t buy Jarvis a car just so she can stay with me; she deserves it. I don’t care if she leaves me later. If Jarvis gives me a child, I’ll do even more than this.”
