Nollywood actress Judy Austin, has dropped key notes on marriage, and important details for couples to adhere to.

Judy, on her Instagram page, emphasized the importance of intentionality to achieving a happy marriage. She noted how some people play victims in their marriage, instead of being intentional with their partners in every aspect of their lives.

Speaking about marital problems, she labelled "social media" as the leading factor, stressing that many individuals are unaware of the harm that it has caused to their marriage.

She wrote:
"You must be intentional with your partner if you want a happy marriage!!

Most people would rather play victim than be intentional with their partners.

And I mean intentional in every aspect of your lives.

Social media is one of the biggest problems most people are having in their marriages today.

The worst part is they don’t even know."
