It is a sad and emotional moment for Nollywood actress Bimbo Ademoye, as her YouTube romcom 'Where Love Lives' is now facing copyright issues, which has restricted it from making money.

Bimbo Ademoye made the news public on her Instagram page on Saturday, sharing her YouTube page dashboard of her movie. She revealed how she woke up to see that her hardwork is on the verge of being stolen from her.

Sharing further details, the movie star identified the individual as Emmanuel Davies who uploaded the song she used in her movie, named himself the composer, and hindered her from making money.

Issuing a strong warning, Bimbo Ademoye urged the public to warn the individual to remove the copyright from her movie within an hour, or else she will ensure to find him through any means necessary.

She wrote:
"I woke up to my hard work wanting to be stolen from me. Please if anyone knows who lagos sound /emmanuel Davies is! Tell to lift the copyright from my movie in the next I hour. I'm not one to threaten people. But emmanuel, you have 1 hour to lift that copyright from My movie. A song I completely own the rights to, you took it, uploaded it named yourself the composer and blocked me from making money from my own swear. Emmanuel Davies!. YOU HAVE 1 HOUR. I'd place a bounty on your head and when I find you. You'd wish you never did this. First Anwuli (who I'm still coming for, now this) whoever knows lagos sound/ emmanuel Davies should warn him now!! Before i handle this MY OWN WAY!."

In another post, Bimbo Ademoye shared a video of herself crying and visibly frustrated. She reiterated that the individual's time is counting, stressing that she is tired of them playing with her.

"TIME FUCKING STARTS NOW!!!. PLAY WITH ME IF YOU WANT TO. ANWULI. I'M STILL COMING! I'M TIRED OF YOU GUYS PLAYING WITH ME!."

The Nigerian Voice recalls that 'Where Love Lives' was finally released on Bimbo Ademoye’s YouTube channel in December 24, 2025, amid several hurdles and challenges that plagued the initial upload date, as revealed by Bimbo Ademoye.

The movie is a YouTube romantic comedy which focuses on rich couple Demilade (Bimbo Ademoye) and Ekene (Uzor Arukwe), who moved into an estate filled with classist individuals, particularly a provocative clique led by ‘Queen’ (Osas Ighodaro), sees Demilade struggle to fit in, coupled with the hurdle of her illiterate and loud businessman husband Ekene. The movie offers several lessons, in addition to its humour and strong arousal of emotions.
