Nollywood actor, Ibrahim Yekini, better known as Itele, is beginning the new year on a strong note. The actor who celebrated his birthday on the first day of the new year, was serenaded with love and gifts from his students.

Sharing photos of the emotional moment on his Instagram page, he stated that “my heart was full," revealing his joy over the gifts that his ex-students and present students got him.

Beaming with pride, he stated that the love shown to him is a confirmation that he isn't just teaching, but impacting lives. He further appreciated everyone who was involved in the initiative, praying that they receive it in bigger forms.

He wrote:
“Yesterday, my heart was full.
My ex-students and present students, and family came together and surprised me with a freezer and many beautiful gifts — not because I asked, but because love remembered me.
