Nigerian singer and songwriter, John Ighodaro, popularly known as Johnny Drille, has hit back at a troll on X for calling him a 'low level man.'

It all began on the popular microblogging platform, X formerly known as Twitter, where a user tweeted, "What’s the wildest simp core you’ve ever heard?”

While there were several responses to the tweet, one tweet stood out, and was a shade at Johnny Drille and his colleague, Nonso Amadi. The user criticized Johnny Drille and Nonso Amadi's lyrics, labelling them as low level men.

“There is a reason why I have a dislike for Nonso Amadi, Johnny Drille et al and their type of lyrics. Proper low level men.”

In response to the troll's tweet, Johnny Drille quoted his post with a picture of himself and his family, and also a picture of Nonso Amadi and his partner, captioning it with, "the low level men."
