Actress Kemi Afolabi Congratulates Mercy Aigbe On The Successful Burial Of Her Mother
Nollywood actress, Kemi Afolabi, has congratulated her colleague, Mercy Aigbe, on the successful burial of her mother.
The Nigerian Voice recalls that Mercy Aigbe announced the passing of her mum, Abisola Grace Owodunni on Wednesday, September 24. She shared a candlelight on her Instagram page with crying emojis, while wishing her late mum to rest in peace.
It was also reported that a service of songs was held on Thursday, while she was eventually laid to rest on Friday, November 28th, and on Saturday, marked the celebration of her life with praise and thanksgiving.
Reacting to the burial, Kemi Afolabi, via her Instagram page, penned a congratulatory message to Mercy Aigbe and her siblings on the successful celebration of life, held in honour of their mother.
She also appreciated the actress' husband Kazim Adeoti, thanking him for being very supportive.
Afolabi further appreciated everyone who showed up and supported Mercy Aigbe in one way or the other, revealing that their support made the day a forever memorable one.
Testifying to the life of the deceased, Kemi Afolabi prayed for her soul, affirming that she lived a life of grace, and left a legacy of joy.
She wrote:
