Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, has revealed that he is set to return to school, in order to further his education.

The 'Zazuu' crooner, in a video message on his Instagram page, revealed that he didn't collect his Ordinary National Diploma, OND, from Kwara State Polytechnic.

He stressed that the reason for his decision to go back to school is borne out of a strong desire to avoid his children being mocked that their father is an illiterate.

Portable further added that he also wants to be able to manage his music career better, and also improve in his dealings with people.

He said:
"I wan go back to school. I want to finish my education. I dey sponsor people’s children and my own children too. I don’t want my children to [be] mocked that their father is illiterate.

“I didn’t collect the certificate for the ND programme that I did in Kwara State Polytechnic. But as I don make am now, I wan go back to school. So that I will be able to manage my music career better, and it will also help in my dealing with people."
