"Come Back To Give Us A Fresh Vibe" - Slimcase Tells Afrobeats Artistes
Nigerian singer, Oluwafemi Oladapo Oko-Eko, better known as Slimcase, has urged Afrobeats artistes to take a break from releasing songs and albums.
The singer, in a video message on his Instagram story, bemoaned the increase number in songs and albums, stressing that Afrobeats artistes are putting themselves under pressure, urging them to recharge, focus on other things and return to give the public something different.
According to him, their sounds are becoming boring due to the increase in numbers in a year, emphasizing that the constant release of songs is gradually killing the Afrobeats genre.
