"The Images Were For A Photoshoot Project, Not An Actual Marriage" - Falz Clarifies Marriage Speculations
Popular Nigerian rapper, Folarin Falana, better known as Falz, has clarified that contrary to the speculations that he is married, he is not married.
Recall that Falz sparked numerous speculations on social media after sharing a series of traditional wedding-themed photos, which led many to infer that he was married.
Reacting to the online frenzy, Falz issued a disclaimer, stating that he wasn't getting married, and that the photos were part of a photoshoot project.
He, however, addressed the public who believe that due to his pretence, when he actually gets married, no one will care.
In response, he stressed that there is no guarantee that he will share the information of him getting married when he is ready, and it all depends on if he feels the need to.
He said
“When everybody realized I wasn’t really married, people kept saying its a case of the boy who cried wolf. Maybe when I do get married nobody will care.
“It is bold of you to actually assume that if I'm actually getting married, I will share it."
