‎Nigerian actress Regina Chukwu, has shared a word of encouragement to her gender. ‎The movie star took to her Instagram page to note that a woman can sit in her car, on her bed, in the bathroom, or in the living room, and cry due to being stressed, but whenever they show up, it is difficult to know.

‎She described women as 'resilient creatures', who go through a lot. She further stated that she appreciates all women for being strong.

‎“You’d be surprised at how many times a woman sits in her car, on her bed, in the bathroom, or in the living room and quickly cries because she’s so stressed. But when she shows her face again, she looks perfectly fine and unbothered, and she still manages to smile and go about her business like nothing happened.
