‎Recall that Davido recently disclosed that his hit song off his 5ive album 'With You' featuring Omah Lay, was inspired by Bright Chimezie's 'Because of English.'

‎Reacting to Davido's disclosure in a recent interview with Hip TV, Bright Chimezie stated that he feels so delighted and honoured, while praising Davido for recognizing that he drew inspiration from him.

‎He further noted that he was unaware that Davido was inspired by his song until the singer put a call through to him, and confessed to him. He thanked Davido for his humility, stating that he feels so excited about it.
