‎Award-winning Nigerian movie producer Bolanle Austen-Peters, has expressed gratitude over her nomination at the African Magic Viewers Choice Awards, AMVCA.

‎The renowned movie producer was nominated for the 11th edition of the AMVCA awards in the category of best movie director for her brilliance in the 2024 blockbuster movie 'House of Ga'a'.

‎Taking to her Instagram page, she appreciated God for the grace; the love; the talent, the privilege, blessings, lives impacted, jobs created, friends and loved ones who visited her on set.

From Stage to Screen. Back to back nominations. Last year same categories..best film, best director...with Funmilayo Ransome Kuti. Your glory shines on me and I do not take it for granted. House of GA'A was sheer brilliance and it reached Netflix 10 Top Globally for indigenous films. The actors and crew were bold, audacious and committed. The hustle was real. Straight from globetrotting jet setting lifestyle to the grind and rigour, gecko and reptile infested life in a film village. It was not easy. Saw stars. It was a movement but the hardwork paid off.
