Veteran Singer Daddy Showkey Lambasts Niger State Governor, Umar Bago Following Ban On Dreadlocks
Veteran Nigerian singer, Daddy Showkey, has lambasted the governor of Niger State, Umar Bago, following his security directive against dreadlocks.
Recall that some days ago, the governor of Niger State, Umar Bago directed his security agents to arrest anyone with dreadlocks in the State, while explaining that it was an action aimed at curbing insecurity.
Visibly enraged by the directive, Daddy Showkey, via his Instagram page lambasted the governor, while questioning if the insecurity in the State was caused by dreadlocks.
He wrote:
"Na dreadlock dey cause insecurity for the country or Na Dada dey worry you, One question for you what of People with Mumu beard?
"Mohamed Umar DADA BE Your PROBLEM I dey to come Minna but now you have ask your security agents to cut off dreadlocks so hold your State, but make you cut your Beer Beer."
