"I Would Like To Speak Pidgin Because Of Davido": King Charles III Reveals
British Monarch King Charles III has declared his love for the pidgin English, while attributing it to Afrobeats star, Davido.
Speaking in the new Apple Music show, The King’s Music Room, which premiered on Monday, King Charles described Davido's song, Kante, featuring Fave, as one of his favourite songs.
Additionally, he revealed his intention to speak the pidgin language the next time he visits Nigeria.
“Davido has made me love Pidgin language. I would like to speak it the next time I visit Nigeria. Thanks to Afrobeats, it’s becoming more popular around the world."
