Nigerian content creator and influencer Jojo has vehemently denied allegations made by social media critic VeryDarkMan, who accused her of sleeping with media personality Nedu Wazobia in exchange for features on his podcast.

The controversy began after VeryDarkMan criticized Nedu for hosting ex-Big Brother Housemate Deeone on his podcast, Honest Bunch, where Deeone alleged that VeryDarkMan is gay. In retaliation, VeryDarkMan vowed to expose celebrities who he claimed had slept with Nedu for podcast appearances and subsequently shared Jojo’s photo as one of the alleged individuals.

In a video posted on her Instagram page, Jojo refuted the allegations, stating:

“I have never had anything to do with Nedu.”

She expressed frustration at being dragged into the feud, emphasizing that her success is as a result of hard work and consistency, not favors from anyone.

“I’m crying because I have worked so hard for my brand, only for someone to give the credit to Nedu. You people want to tie my glory to someone who has never helped me.”
