Popular Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Mercy Aigbe, has sent out an appreciation message to those who showed love and support to her following the fire incident that occurred in her home.

The Nigerian Voice reported in the early hours of yesterday that Mercy Aigbe's residence was razed by fire, and properties worth millions of Naira were destroyed.

Following the incident, many celebrities, colleagues and well wishers sympathised with the actress.

Reacting to the show of love, Mercy Aigbe via her Instagram page stated that she feels so blessed to be surrounded with so much love. She noted how many people asked for her account details, some kept calling, others sending prayers and many more.

Appreciating the gesture, she prayed that God will come through for each and everyone of them, and also protect their household from evil and multiply them in unimaginable measures.

Mercy Aigbe wrote on Instagram:
