Popular Nigerian Gospel actor, Moses Korede Are, widely known as Baba Gbenro of Abattoir, is dead.

According to reports making the rounds, the late actor was battling a liver disease for many years before his death.

The death of the actor was made public by his colleague Oluwaseun Adejumobi via his Instagram page on Thursday.

He shared a photo of the late actor and captioned it with:

“Heavens’s gain again. General has gone to rest.”

The late actor gained popularity through his role as Baba Gbenro of the popular Mount Zion series 'Abattoir.'
