Popular Nollywood actor and filmmaker, Kunle Afolayan, has announced the death of his mother, Omoladun Afolayan.

The actor confirmed the death of his mother on his Instagram page, he noted that it is hard to accept, but she lived a good life, and has gone to rest.

"It is hard to accept, but she surely lived a good life. Our mother, Maami Omoladun Ayanladun Afolayan, has gone to rest. (1943-2024).

“She is survived by children and grandchildren. Please keep us in your prayers. Omo re a gbeyin gbogbo wa."
