Popular Nigerian singer, Tiwatope Savage-Balogun, best known as Tiwa Savage, has joined the Big 3 and Big 4 conversation.

In the Nigerian music industry, the Big 3 in no particular order are widely known as Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, best known as Wikzid, David Adeleke, best known as Davido, and Damini Ogulu, best known as Burna Boy.

However, artistes like Rema and Asake have been considered to make it Big 4 due to their exceptional talent.

Speaking during an interview with The Beat 99.9 FM, Lagos, Tiwa Savage explained why she should be put in the list of top singers in Nigeria.

She was asked if she feels like a part of the Big 3 or Big 4, and she responded saying that she is more talented than the Big 3.

The interview goes thus:
The host asked, “Do you feel like you’ve to be part of the ‘Big 3’ or even ‘Big 4’ conversation? How do you feel about that?”She responded, “Don’t get me started. If we are to go talent for talent, mic for mic, I am the big 1. If you take off the numbers [streams], and whatever you want to judge the big whatever with, you can’t see me on the mic. But again, it [the ranking] is not based on that [musical talent].”
