Popular reality star, Josephina Otabor, popularly known as Phyna has explained her reason for standing with VeryDarkMan amidst the Bobrisky and EFCC saga.

The Nigerian Voice recalls that VeryDarkMan released a leaked audio some days ago which revealed that Bobrisky paid the sum of 15 million Naira to the EFCC to evade the money laundering charge. The leaked audio also suggested that Bobrisky never spent his six months prison sentence in prison, but in an apartment close to the prison through the influence of his godfather and the controller of prison.

The recording also suggested that Falz and his father Femi Falana collected the sum of 10 million Naira from Bobrisky in order to help him get a presidential pardon.

This, however put VeryDarkMan in hot waters as Falz and his father through their legal team urged VeryDarkMan to retract his statement within 24 hours.

Reacting to the whole saga, Phyna has been throwing her weight behind VeryDarkMan stating that his actions is helping to fight corruption. Her fans however disagreed with her for supporting VeryDarkMan, noting how she is friends with both Bobrisky and VeryDarkMan.

Explaining her decision to support VeryDarkMan, she noted that she is not taking sides with Bobrisky, despite him being her friend because she stands against corruption and oppression.

She wrote:
“It’s not about Bob or VDM. It’s about fighting corruption and making the country a better place. I stand against corruption and oppression.

And I have the right to talk on whatever that is going on just like every other Nigerians."
