Accra, 18th August, 2016: Airtel, Ghana’s best Data and Internet Service Provider, has announced the launch of an exciting talent search and competition dubbed “Flex Awesome You” to unearth the next big star in Ghana at a press soiree at its Head Office in Accra.

The competition, named after the company’s recently launched data bundle – Airtel Flex – presents Ghanaians with a unique opportunity to demonstrate their talents and stand a chance to be rewarded with cash prizes and amazing Airtel Souvenirs over the period of the competition.

He continued “The competition is open from today 18th August and the deadline for submission of entries is 25^th September 2016. Afterwards the top entries will be collated and shared with the general public who can power their favourite participants to stand the chance of winning the grand prize of GHC 10,000.

The competition, Ghana’s first multi-talent competition is targeted at the young at heart who have the passion and a talent to share with the rest of the world. Judging panel
Airtel Flex Awesome You will be judged by a panel of judges including the lovely Jay Gyebi popularly known as Mukasechic who will bring her energy and passion to selecting the next biggest act in Ghana and multi-talented, confident and lively Giovani – the host of STARR DRIVE.

Speaking about the talents they are looking for, Giovani said “we will be looking out for originality and creativity. Contestants that can display dexterity at what they do and not by shy to share their talents with the rest of the world.

On her part, Mukasechi said “To do well in this competition, you must be dynamic and bold. Do not hold back to showcase what you’re good at because the whole world needs to know how awesome you are”.

The competition is expected to run for the next 3 months and the winner walks away with GHC 10,000 with runner ups taking home GHC 3,000 and GHC 1,500 respectively.
