Social media was on fire over the arrest of controversial activist, VeryDarkMan by the police force and according to reports, it was based on allegations of exposing a criminal act.

However, to clear the air on the issue of the activist's arrest, The Federal Capital Territory, FCT Police through an interview debunked the claims of his arrest.

Speaking further through the Police Public Relations Officer of the FCT Command, SP Josephine Adeh, she stated that contrary to public opinion, VeryDarkMan is not in the police custody presently.

Shedding light on the issue of his reported arrest, she clarified that he was invited for questioning on the allegations of defamation of character, Cyberbullying and cyberstalking.
