BEST OF NOLLYWOOD REMEMBERS ALADE AROMIRE

Nigeria premier publication, Best of Nollywood is set to honor the late pioneer producer of movies with a series of activities to mark the first year remembrance of his sad demise from earth.

According to a release from the magazine signed by the publisher, Mr. Seun Oloketuyi, on Monday 27th July there would be a seminar to mark the veteran actor, producer and director per excellence's first year anniversary entitled “Alade Aromire: Nollywood Pioneer (facts of the matter), the panelists who will discuss this theme are, Mr Tunde Adegbola, Mr Eddie Ugboumah, Mr. Emeka Mba, Mr. Steve Ayorinde, Mr. Afolabi Adesanya and Mr Jahman Anikulapo.

On Wednesday 29th July there would be a celebration of the late Alade works while fans would for free come to see five of his movies from 10am to 6pm at the exclusive relaxation and conference centre, White House on Toyin. There would be an after party to celebrate the veteran producer which has been tagged 'Celebration of Life Well Spent' with Kolade Onanuga and his band to thrill the audience to some melodious tunes.

“We have decided to honour late Alade Armoire because the risk he took 20 years ago is what we are enjoying today and which has become a source of livelihood for thousands of people who he had direct or indirect contact with and today the industry he was a pioneer of is now the second largest in the world un terms of productivity.
