Dino Melaye, the former Kogi State governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and a former senator of Nigeria has decided to share his quota on the ongoing online feud between singers, Davido and Wizkid.

Recall that Wizkid recently started an online rift by posting a video of Davido begging for sex and captioned it with “beg me like this," this was in response to a fan's clamour for the singer to drop a new song. This action of Wizkid erupted the popular microblogging platform X formerly known as Twitter, as Dsvido did not take it lightly and an online rift began.

Dino Melaye has however, decided to contribute to the feud by praising Davido for being the best in the Nigerian music industry. He described him as the leader and the most successful Nigerian artiste globally.

He took to X to make this known, he tweeted;
“Davido is undoubtedly the 001 in the Nigerian music industry and undoubtedly the most patronised globally.”
