Popular Nigerian Music executive, Obi Asika has dropped his own view on the issue of artistes that paved the way for other artistes.

Recall that some new artistes including Odumodublvck recently revealed that no one paved the way for them in the music industry, and instead they moved into spotlight by their hardwork and grace.

However, Obi Asika does not seem to agree with the current artistes declaration that no one paved the way for them, the current generation of successful artistes internationally would have no place if not for the works of other veteran artistes, he said.

The music executiv, who was on. Hip Tv episode of Trending, elucidated more on the issue of the artistes.

He said;
“Tuface has a grass to grace story, the same with Daddy Showkey. These are legends. You can’t have a Burna Boy without a Daddy Showkey. You can’t have a Wizkid without Dbanj. You can’t have Davido without these legends like P-Square.”
