Nigerian singer and YBNL signed, Ahmed Ololade, popularly known as Asake has been in the news again for the best of reasons.

The singer was nominated for the Brit International Artist of the year alongside other top singers in the music industry.

Asake has joined the likes of Taylor Swift, Burna Boy, Miley Cyrus and other international artists on the list for the Brit International Artist of the year award. The award is reportedly going to take place in London in the month of March.

Asake's nomination has put fans on frenzy as he has been trending on the popular microblogging platform X formerly known as Twitter due to his nomination. Many fans have wowed that despite the singer's style of singing in 'Yoruba', he is still bagging international nominations.
