Veteran singer, Peter Okoye, popularly known as Mr. P has slammed critics who bashed him for jumping down to kiss a female fan in a show.

Peter Okoye took to his social media to halt critic who has been criticizing him for kissing a female fan. He told them not to be jealous that he was only doing his job.

Recall that on the 7th of May 2023, the singer performed in a show at Amsterdam. At the middle of the show the singer did what critic considered unprofessional.

He jumped off the stage at the middle of his performance to engage a female fan. Immediately he jumped off the stage, the camera was cast on him, and he exposed the moment the singer pulled a female fan close to him and he locked his lips tightly with the fan.

Following his engagement with a female fan, he got backlash after he kissed a female fan during a recent concert in Amsterdam.

Following the criticisms that trailed the singer’s action, he took to his social media page to react, and to halt backlashes.

Peter Okoye in his post warned critics to stop being jealous and that his female fan got a good kiss at the event from him, noting that he was only doing his job.

He wrote:
