K1 De Ultimate, the veteran Fuji artiste, caused a stir on social media when it was discovered that his 49th album bears the same title as Davido's fourth album, 'Timeless'. However, the criticisms didn't just arise because of the similarity in album titles, but also because of the timing of the release.

While Davido's 'Timeless' was released on March 31st, Kwam 1's album is scheduled to be released on April 14th. Additionally, K1 De Ultimate announced an album pre-order sale on Apple Music, which some fans and critics viewed as an attempt to ride on the success of Davido's album.
