Popular Nigerian singer, Skales has finally spoken on the rift between Grammy award winner and singer, Wizkid, and him.

Recall that Wizkid and Scales had banter on Twitter in 2015 that resulted to a quarrel. The whole issue began when Scales allowed a question-and-answer session on his Twitter, and one of his followers asked about when Scales and Wizkid would release a song.

However, things went wrong when Skales replied the fan that Wizkid was too busy for him now. What came up next was Wizkid's reaction on his Twitter to Skales response to one of his followers. Wizkid flared up and passed insulting words on Scales. His words read partly:

"All you know how to do is wear fake chains and beg hoes for money! I'll help finish your dead career.."

Scales reply to do this read:
" Shakebody is banging everywhere, nigga, am gonna be here for a very long time!! What goes up must definitely come down".

Moreover in a recent interview with Echo Room, Skales said that the replies which came from his account at the time wasn’t even from him but from the lady, he was dating at the time.

He added that he had felt insulted by the whole thing, but attributed it to the possibility that Wizkid might have been in a bad mood at the time.

"I don't like talking about Wizz Issue, you know wizz fans are... I don't know what the problem was that day I was doing a Q&A on Twitter and somebody asked me about Wizzy, and I replied jokingly 'my brother is too busy' the next thing was a call from my m, he said 'when you do Wizzy, e de insult you up and down'. Even the wasn't me, it was my girlfriend at that time."
