Award-Winning Nigerian singer and songwriter David Adeleke professionally known as Davido has set a new record as the only African Singer to reach two milion likes on Instagram post.

The Instagram post that pulled such massive reactions was posted on Dec 18, 2022 by the singer, Davido. The picture was that of Davido together with Chioma. They were on a stair case in preparation for his performance at the closing ceremony of Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Few hours away, the picture of Davido and his fiancee has pulled 2,007,613 likes and 237,440 comments.

The post was however Davido's first post following the tragic death of his 3-year-old son, Ifeanyi Adeleke.
