"Netflix Doesn't Accept Substandard Movie" Actor Reveals
A popular Yoruba actor, Laniyan, in an exclusive chat with Midweek Entertainment on Monday, disclosed how the standard of Netflix has improved the quality of Nigerian movies.
He revealed that Netflix, DSTV and other platforms have made things better because they do not accept anything less from producers.
Movie producers are therefore faced with the challenge of meeting the standards of these platforms which has consequently improved movies.
He said, “Things are a lot better now compared to how it was when I started acting. There’s Netflix, DSTV, ShowMax, and many more. They are making things better. It is good to have them around.
