Popular Nigerian pop star, Raoul John Njeng-Njeng fondly known as Skales has lost his mother whom he described "Angel".

The singer shared the sad news via an Instagram post on Tuesday, where he posted an old video of his mum singing and dancing.

Skales described his mum as his angel, noting that the deceased would be missed.

Meanwhile, fellow celebrities and fans have continued to send condolences to the singer over his loss.
