It was a night of luxury, glitz, glamour, and fun at the exquisite Lily Gate Hotel, Lekki, Lagos as the beautiful bonnet-wearing Nigerian social media influencer, Caramel Plug, recently celebrated her birthday by hosting an exclusive launch party that had celebrities and other notable industry figures in attendance.

Born Ogechi Ukonu, but popularly known by her popular social media handle, “Caramel Plugg” which has earned her global fame, the young influencer hosted top celebrities and industry figures like Peruzzi, Bovi, Arya Starr, Sydney Talker, Kokobykhloe, Yhemo Lee, MC Lively amongst others to a private launch party on May 28th 2021 and is set to take the fun around Nigeria with a Club Tour which she announced at the event.

Caramel Plugg has worked with other top celebrities and influencers like Don Jazzy, Falz, Taooma, Bovi and is popular for her exceptionally funny videos on social media and the “e dey shake” signature dance which has become a viral sensation.

Caramel Plugg also took the opportunity to announce her upcoming single with talented Nigerian producer, Yung Willis set to be released in June, as well as a continental club tour that will follow shortly after.

Like she declared at the start of the event, it seems like “it’s going to be a CARAMEL YEAR”.
