Local Cinematographer nominated for Africa Movie Award
Local resident Cricket Peters has been nominated for Africa's version of the Oscar for her work on the political thriller 30 Days.
Director Mildred Okwo and the film have been nominated for a total of 8 awards. The movie was shot on location in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria. Cricket was also inducted into the Nigerian Society of Cinematographers based on her body of work.
Cricket is back in Los Angeles and has just finished shooting A Night at the Silent Movie Theater.
