Pretty Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw, might soon be heading to the court of law if immediate apology is not tendered to her by a drink company who used her picture for advert without her consent.

The actress got furious when she noticed that she was being tagged by the same drink company known as Frixion Vodka which already has the likes of singer Praize and Simi on their drink though not many are sure how true that also could be.

Kate pointed out that in a country where there is no law, anything goes without respecting the next person the actions will affect.
