Actor, Yomi Fabiyi has threatened to drag the NDLEA to the Supreme court if they didn't act right by his colleague, Baba Suwe, who he insists is suffering from injuries sustained from the NDLEA alleged torture.

It will be recalled that Baba Suwe was forced to deny that his health had failed after Yomi raised an alarm last week that the veteran comic role interpreter needed urgent help. The NDLEA also reacted to Yomi's alarm, denying that they treated Baba Suwe unfairly when he was in their custody.
