Hausa actress, Rahama Sadau expelled from Kannywood for appearing in this ‘immoral’ video
Top Kannywood (Hausa movie industry) actress, Rahama Sauda, was expelled from the association for appearing in an 'immoral' music video by Jos based singer, ClassiQ.
In the video below, the controversial actress played the singer’s love interest.
According to Premium Times, the members of the Motion pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (MOPPAN) held an emergency meeting yesterday, October 2, where it was decided that the 22-year-old actress should be banned from featuring in any Hausa movie.
According to a communique issued by MOPPAN, Sadau was expelled because she was hugging and cuddling the singer in the music video.
The association also made it clear that they will no longer 'tolerate behaviours that are against conduct and ethics laid by the constitution governing the unified leadership of the industry.' In addition, they urged other actors to be good ambassadors to the society they represent.
