Last weekend, it was rumored that ace singer, D'Banj summoned to pressure by family and friends as he secretly tied the knot with his mystery girlfriend.

When the news broke out, many weren't certain about its authenticity of the news. That day was the birthday of his father which he was present to celebrate with him.

A new twist to the story states that, it was actually his father's birthday and he invited few friends to come celebrate with his father, only for them to discover that it was a two in one event.

To confirm the speculations, D'Banj took to his page to wish celebrity designer and stylist, Swanky Jerry a happy birthday, and told him to hit him up after celebrating as they need to discuss about wedding things.

In his words: 'happy birthday Swanky Jerry, my friend, my brother, very hardworking, when you are done celebrating, call me for some wedding things.'
