Reports: Property Owner threatening Nollywood actor with legal actions

Popular Nollywood actor, Damola Olatunji, feels popularity is cheap and decided to have a feel of how cheap things come easy by claiming to own Prime stone Hotel in Sango Ota Ogun State.

The actor had some days back announced to his fans that he has acquired a modern hotel in Ogun but little did many know that he only used that to gain publicity which seems not to go down well with him now.

Reports has it that the owner of the said property is threatening the actor with legal actions which might put his career on hold if care is not taken.

But in a swift response to all these allegations, the actor has come out to deny ever building an hotel but rather he only got himself involved in the business that was on ground five years ago.

According to him, “It is not true that I built Prime Stone Hotel and Suits. This is a Multiple Star Hotel completed and open to business about 5 years ago until my recent involvement. Secondly, putting the value of prime Stone Hotels and Suits at a paltry sum of N60 million is not only unfounded but ridiculous.”
