Ghanaian actress, Jackie Appiah, over the weekend added another year to her age precisely on Saturday, December 5, 2015. The actress, who has made it a routine, once again celebrated her birthday with the less privileged children.

The actress, who owns a foundation called Jackie Appiah foundation, with the help of the management team of the foundation, chose to wine and dine with the less privileged children instead of having a private party in the comfort of her home.

According to the actress, “this year, my management team and I decided to bring together over 60 kids from the Teshie and Osu orphanages to a kids house at airport residential area to celebrate my birthday with them.”

Family and friends were also present at the celebration as they also showed the less privileged love. The children were given gift item of books, school bags and other educational materials. In addition were bags of rice, drinks, toiletries and cash reward.
