Joke with death? Sapphire Obi not Dead as Widely Publicized

Nollywood actress, Sapphire Adaobi, is currently not happy with the costly mistakes some journalists have continued to make in the profession they have spent huge amount of money to study in school.

This is coming on the eve of recent posts made by some notable online medium after they had used her picture as cover to represent the story of late actress, Tosin Abeniade Badmus, who passed away in the early hours of Saturday 29, November, 2015.

Sapphire, though has made several efforts to contact the various online medium involved in the implicating post to make necessary corrections, she has however made it known that if the publications do not get the necessary corrections, she might be forced to take legal actions against those sites.

She called on family members and friends to that she is doing fine as nothing is wrong with her noting that she is just not happy with the discomfort the publications has caused her.

According to her in a chat with Nollywoodgists.com on the issue, “Abeg, what kind of joke is that with death? I have been receiving calls from friends about the story. I told my mum about it and she said I should see it as a blessing that I am going to live long. But journalists should be careful with how they write their stories. This is a big legal issue but I chose to be peaceful about it rather than rush to take actions against such an expensive mistake.”
