You Can’t Fight Poverty Wearing Expensive Cloths

Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, is not really happy with the way some set of people reason when it comes to some matters.

Recently, the multiple award-winning actress, along with some other celebrities were with veteran musician, Bono of U2, and they discussed the One Campaign project and on how to end poverty in Africa.

But this did not go down well with a fan of the superstar actress and another Nigerian star, Dapo Oyebanjo better known as D'Banj.

“D'Banj and Omotola can't put on that sort of expensive jewellery and shoe and say they're promoting poverty. I don't correlate,” the fan pointed out.

Omotola, who got the fan's message, expressed shock at the comment.
