Husband to Nollywood actress, Florence Onuma, Mr Chijioke Onuma, has disclosed that the success of his 23 years of marriage has been as a result of being truthful and allowing God's love to reign in his home.

Chijioke explained that the generations of today do not believe in realism but cosmetic generation who don't tell themselves the truth.

He stressed that the new generations look at the outward part rather than look at the inner part which is why a lot of people marry for the wrong reason.

According to him, “My generation is more realistic than the new generation. I have discovered that the present generation is more cosmetic. They don't like to tell themselves the truth. I always advise people particularly young women and men planning to marry to look beyond the surface.

“In fact, some have four faces but it is only one that is the real thing. So, look for that real thing. That is why I said a lot of people marry for the wrong reasons. Some marry because the other fellow is tall or short. Some marry because you are rich without finding out the real person,” he told Leadership newspaper.
