As the music industry was awakened to the cheery news of the birth of the daughter of Mavins artiste, Dr Sid and his wife, Simi Esiri, little did anyone observe that another artiste was celebrating the birth of another baby.

Hours before the birth of the Esiri's daughter, HKN Gang head act, Davido, had shared the picture of an adult hand in the grip of a child's hand.

He said, "God is great. New life, new beginnings, new album. It is our year."

However, the artiste has thrown confusion amongst his many loyal fans as the faces to which the hands belong to were not seen. Many congratulatory messages have begun to pour in for the artiste.

Another observation noted was that his alleged baby mama, Sophie Momodu, who based in Abuja was said to have given birth yesterday in Lagos. She also shared the same picture on her social media page about a day before the artiste did.

However, others have said that the picture belongs to the child of Davido's elder sister, Sharon Adeleke who was reported to have given birth to a day before.

As we look forward to know if the artiste had welcome a baby with the said lady or not, the artiste is a happy man at the moment.
