It is no longer news that the Actors' Guild of Nigeria (AGN) has been thrown into confusion since Monday after a Federal High Court judgement in Lagos said the election that ushered in Ibinabo Fiberesima as president of the guild was null and void.

Since the ruling, the industry has been in disarray and divided with some on the part of Ibinabo, and the others on the side of Emeka Ike, who by the court judgement, will now take leadership of the guild.

However, some actors in the industry have been pleading for sanity to be restored in the body.

Top among them are Chidinma and Chidiebere Aneke, popularly called the Aneke Twins.

The Nollywood twins still want Ibinabo to be their leader. They made this known recently via a post online.

"This is the time to build not to war, this is the time to improve on the gains already made not to destroy. This is the time to say thank God because we have never had it this good in AGN. We are happy with our president, Chief Mrs Ibinagbo Febresima Egbuka. AGN Enugu is solidary behind her. No shaking," they wrote.
