Monday, March 30, 2015 has been fixed for the case involving superstar singer, Dapo Oyebanjo, fondly called D'Banj and Mindhub Technologies.

The matter, which was earlier scheduled for January 2015, was adjourned following the industrial action embarked upon by judicial workers under the umbrella of JUSUN.

The singer is accused of owing the above company, through his DKM Media, some amount of money running into millions of Naira. D'Banj was said to have failed to pay back the money he collected from outfit.

According to reports, D'Banj is prepared to defend himself in court on the matter at the Multi-door Courthouse in Obalende, Lagos.

Recently, the singer celebrated his 10 years in the showbiz industry in Nigeria. Few weeks ago, he held a concert in Lagos as part of the celebration and invited Amber Rose to grace the occasion.

There have been speculations that D'Banj is broke and that his fortunes are nose-diving. In 2014 when reports first hit the internet as regards the alleged debt case, D'Banj rubbished it.
