Few weeks ago, the news went viral that Sir Shina Peters wife, Sammie Peters was critically down with cancer and has been flown abroad for medication.

Well, Sammie has spoken from America where she had gone to receive treatment for cancer and allayed peoples fears.

According to her, it's nothing serious but just an early detection of cancer. She partially laughed off the 'rumours' that she has been seriously hit with the deadly disease and has been admitted at a US hospital, where she is now receiving treatment.

The test only discovered she had one, but everything is now under control.

It was also reported that she and her legendary musician husband is presently resting in their home in America but will soon be back in Nigeria to continue their lifestyle.
