According to reports, wife of a talented Nigerian artist, Zinno Orara, Adaora, is dead. The woman was said to have died few hours ago after battling with breast cancer for many months.

Until her untimely death, she has been married to her husband for over 20 years.

In 2010, she was diagnosed with stage 7 cancer.

Painfully, all efforts been made to raise funds for the treatment of the deceased with an art exhibition organised over two weeks ago at the Mydrim Art Gallery, Ikoyi, Lagos was futile.

With over 12 solo exhibitions and 25 group exhibitions in Nigeria, South Africa, Sweden, Spain, United States and Canada, Zinno Orara's paintings are present in art galleries all over the world; as well as with some of the world's most dedicated collectors.

The burial arrangement for the deceased is yet to be announced.
