Ex-wife of Nigeria's singer cum politician 9ice, Toni Payne, is currently displeased with the way people hold onto other people's past without considering the present.

According to the poetic writer, it is just a pity that the past which people are holding onto, has made them miss the beauty of who she has become in the present.

Though, she did not state what went wrong neither did she mention names, she explained that as a woman, it is important to struggle without depending on any man.

“It irks me when people hold on to who I was in the past because they may just miss the beauty of who I have become in the present. #Let Me Live,” she urged.
