The outfit left little to imagination as Chelsea's 'mammary glands' were on full display with her hair braids flowing through her shoulders.

The dress surely achieved the desired impact as almost all eyes and heads turned in her direction, monitoring her every 'kurukere' movements on the red carpet.

The fast rising actress, who has won movie awards, walked the carpet gracefully despite the obvious attention her outfit drew to her.
